Ginger Martini is an award-winning Costume Designer renowned for her compelling and character-driven designs across feature films and television. Ginger’s exceptional work has garnered industry recognition, including a 2023 Canadian Alliance of Film and Television Costume Arts and Design (CAFTCAD) Award for Best Costume Design in an Indie Feature for Rosie. She has also received four CAFTCAD Award nominations: for her work on the indie feature Mustache (2025 Best Costume Design in an Indie Feature), the television series Shoresy Season 3 (2025 Best Costume Design TV Contemporary – East), Trigger Point (2023 Best Costume Design in Contemporary Film), and Best Costume Design in Film Period film for Brotherhood (2020).
Ginger’s impressive filmography includes Vincenzo Natali’s atmospheric Netflix feature, In The Tall Grass, starring Laysla De Oliveira and Patrick Wilson. Her keen eye for detail and collaborative spirit have made her a sought-after Costume Designer for long-running and critically acclaimed series. Notably, Ginger served as the Costume Designer for eleven seasons of the hit HULU/Crave series Letterkenny, as well as its successful spin-off, Shoresy, for five seasons. Her creative vision extended to the stage as well, designing the costumes for three Letterkenny Live tours and the 2024 Fall Classic Tour of Shoresy’s Blueberry Bulldogs in partnership with NHL Alumni teams of Detroit, Buffalo, Boston, Toronto and Chicago.
Beyond her work on established franchises, Ginger has also brought her unique perspective to other notable projects. Ginger designed the costumes for the second season of the Hulu Original series Holly Hobbie, forging an innovative partnership with Vera Bradley to create a custom backpack for the titular character, which was subsequently offered as part of Vera Bradley’s retail collection. Additionally, Ginger served as the Costume Designer for the Bruno and Boots series of films for YTV, based on the beloved young adult novels by Gordon Korman.
